Wale currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer [COO] of Halogen School of Security Management & Technology [HSSM&T] – a subsidiary of the Halogen Group. Wale has over 20 years of international experience in government policy, corporate strategy, organizational design and development, security risk management, business continuity and resilience and change management – across all sectors. Wale has been CEO of many organizations in the UK and Europe and is well published and lectures internationally and has taught at Universities and Colleges across Europe.

Wale’s doctoral research is in social economics and entrepreneurship. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Administrative Management and Chartered Institute of Management, and holds membership of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Association for Social Economics. Wale is an Ambassador of the Third Sector Leadership Centre, UK, and Europe Coordinating Editor for African Thesis Online Journal and a Reviewer for the Academy of Management, USA.
Wale is an Associate Professor of Management at MAUTECH and London School of Business & Finance – with academic interest is in corporate strategy with research focus on policy, security risk and social economics. Wale is listed in the 165th Edition of Who’s Who UK and Europe.
Wale is the Lead Consultant at Glimpses Legal Training Services (Nigeria), a company that has been involved in the re-training of young practitioners in office and client management.
